Time Capsule — Form

I have always beleived and lived by this Wu Wei quote “ It’s not about the form of the cup, but the contents of it”. Extrapolating, it guides us to not judge a person by his/her appearance but by his/her character.

I have been a non-consumer all my life, content with little I have and not being overly attached to it either. I am a cognoscente of the visceral rather than material and love indulging in ideas, art, history, design etc.

So my Time Capsule form was basically going to be a shoebox with great thoughtful contents inside. But later I decided to shape it like a treasure chest as it will be one when my grandkids open it.
