Time Capsule — Iteration
I think more about the form and contents of my time capsule this week. Here are the ideas/possibilities I explored.
Firstly , steely looking duct tape has been used to secure the edges of the wobbly cardboard treasure chest.
The contents serve as kinda Voyager Golden Record of my life and will inform the future generations about the things I cared about and also the times I lived in.
Also , I have decided to add a note about ‘ 3 learnings ‘ in my time capsule. This is inspired by one of my favorite podcaster that asks guests “What are 3 lessons or ideas you want humanity to remember if everything you’ve achieved or produced is wiped away?”
My laptop that may seem advanced for present time will be seen as an artefact when discovered 126 years later. I remember being fascinated by my dad’s casio advanced calculator at age 9–10.
A book probably “ For the Love of India “ by RM Lala , a biography of Jamsetji Tata, an Indian visionary will be added too. It will reveal him as one of my heroes and give an introduction to a character I admire.
